HOW TO RETURN A CINELLE PARIS ORDER?

We explain you the steps to follow! First of all, we are sorry if one of our items does not suit you or if you have changed your mind. Fortunately, you can return your order. Purchases made on the website must be returned via the following procedure even if you have chosen in-store delivery.

How long does it take to return a Cinelle Paris package?

If one or several items does not suit you, you have up to 30 days to return it to us from the invoice date. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Products must be returned complete, in their original packaging and not worn.
Items
on sale have a delay of 15 days from the date of billing, without undue delay, to return the products as well as the standard form of withdrawal (return form).


Which items cannot be returned or exchanged at Cinelle Paris?

We are sincerely sorry if some items of your order does not suit you. For hygienic questions, we unfortunately cannot accept all the products in return.

The products contained in the lingerie category: girdles, shorts, panties, etc., tights, swimsuits, jewelry and masks cannot be returned, they are neither refundable nor exchangeable.



How do I return a defective item?

First of all, we are very sorry if one of your items is defective and we apologize.

To return a defective product, please contact our customer service with a picture of the item and your order reference to sav@cinelleparis.com.

Make a return via Coliback

Coliback is a platform that facilitates the return of your parcel and offers you many carriers at advantageous rates. To make a return with Coliback, you just have to go to your customer account, select the concerned order, check the items you want to return and indicate the reason of your return. We will validate your return request and you will receive an e-mail with a link allowing you to pay for your return label on the Coliback website by choosing the carrier of your choice (so you will not be limited to Mondial Relay).

How long will I be refunded/receive my credit or exchange?

Upon receipt of your package a refund or credit note is issued within 10 days. The refund is made on the payment method used during the order. As for the credit note, it is sent to you by e-mail.

If you have chosen to exchange your product, it will be sent back to you via Mondial Relay.

The amount of the refund or the credit note takes into account any discounts applied at the time of the order.

Attention! Items returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated or soiled by the customer will not be refunded or exchanged. You have up to 30 days (15 days for items on sale) to return it to us from the invoice date. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
